Custom Wedding Suite & Signage
This speculative wedding suite was designed for Lily and Graham Langley, focusing on a playful, color-forward identity inspired by Charleston’s coastal charm. The suite features hand-painted watercolor illustrations including oysters, seaweed, flamingos, and an alligator that bring personality and sense of place to the design. These custom elements create a cohesive visual system across invitations, weekend details, and supporting stationery. The final suite balances vibrant color with thoughtful illustration to create a memorable and cohesive wedding identity.
Inside the details
I wanted to create a wedding suite that felt unique and stood out, by leaning into my more playful design style with bold color and personality.
I freehand watercolored custom illustrations to give the suite an organic and customized feel. After scanning the watercolor elements, I brought it into Illustrator and vectorized each element so it could be used consistently across the full suite and day of signage.
From there, I built out a cohesive system using blues and greens for the wedding day, and bright oranges and pinks for the rehearsal dinner, while the invitation suite pulled everything together so it all felt connected, fun, and intentional.
