SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN

Solis GlowTint Campaign is a speculative product launch centered around the concept of “Your Hour.” I developed the GlowTint Stick, a sun-inspired complexion product with shades named after moments of natural light such as Golden Hour. The campaign was designed as a social media teaser launch, gradually introducing the product through editorial-style imagery and sun-focused visuals. The project explores how storytelling, product conceptualization, and cohesive digital content can work together to build anticipation around a beauty launch.

Inside the details

Solis started from the idea that SPF shouldn’t feel like something you only use at the beach, but something that fits naturally into your everyday routine. I wanted the brand to feel warm, effortless, and lifestyle-driven, so I built everything around light, movement, and natural sun exposure, pulling from sol, the Latin word for sun.

During the initial brainstorming, I focused on how sunlight changes throughout the day and how that could translate into both the visual identity and the product itself. That led to building a color palette and overall tone inspired by moments like sunrise, golden hour, and afterglow, making the brand feel more intentional and experience-based rather than clinical.

From there, I carried that idea directly into the product by creating a shade system that reflects those same moments of light. Each shade feels tied to a specific “hour,” which makes the product more personal and adaptable to different people, routines, and environments.

That’s where the “Your Hour” campaign came from. Instead of treating SPF as a one-step product, the campaign builds on the idea that your skin, lighting, and routine shift throughout the day. It positions each shade as something you can connect to or use at different moments, reinforcing reapplication while also making the product feel more individualized.

Everything connects back to that original idea, allowing the brand, product, and campaign to feel modern and cohesive across every touchpoint.
